International Blue Black Sea Congress: CONFLICTS IN THE WORLD, Current and Future Prospects of Conflict Resolution, Cooperation, Security, Democratization and Economy is the continuation of our first conference which was organized in 2008 in Sakarya with the participation of over 40 academicians from all around the world. The organization is carried out largely under the supoervision of
Department of International Relations at Sakarya University. Our department is one of the oldest of its kind in Turkey with over 500 Bachelor and 50 post-graduate students. We aim to organize another successfull event which will gather academicians and students who are working on different sub-fields of international relations.
BLUEBLACKSEA also aims at creating an academic network of scholars who are particularly interested in Black Sea studies.
